Imma Savinelli
Our Executive Chef Imma Savinelli, has worked closely with Giorgio at Locanda Locatelli since 2018. Having grown up in the South of Italy, where food is not just nourishment, but a way of life, Imma honed her culinary skills in her childhood kitchen, where she learned the importance of fresh, local ingredients and honouring the heritage of Italian cooking. Imma attended a culinary academy in Italy, before moving to London where she met Giorgio, and has continued her learning under his watchful eye. With her passion, flair and her knowledge of Italian cooking, Imma helped Giorgio design a menu that reflects the restaurant’s surroundings and their collective dedication to Italian produce and cooking.
