Drawing on the spirit of the Italian spritz tradition, each cocktail is designed to capture a different mood, palette, and personality. From the bittersweet depth of Caravaggio to the bright citrus vibrancy of Canaletto, every serve is a playful interpretation of art in a glass.
Available all day, the menu showcases sparkling cocktails built around prosecco, premium spirits, seasonal citrus, aromatic herbs, and Italian bitters. Refreshing, vibrant, and endlessly drinkable, these are cocktails designed for everything from leisurely lunches to late-evening drinks.
As an added nod to the classic Italian aperitivo ritual, complimentary nibbles are served daily from 3pm to 5pm, including green olives, mixed nuts, and fennel taralli.
