White truffle season marks one of the most anticipated moments in the Italian culinary calendar. Hunted in the misty forests of Umbria, these truffles are revered for their intoxicating aroma and delicate, earthy flavour.

Fresh white truffles can only be enjoyed for a few short weeks each year — they cannot be cooked or preserved without losing their magic. Instead, they are gently shaved over each dish, transforming simple ingredients into extraordinary experiences.

For this exclusive dinner, Giorgio Locatelli has crafted a menu that reflects his philosophy of simplicity and seasonality. Each course is designed to honour the purity of the truffle, complemented by carefully chosen wines to heighten the sensory journey.

The Evening’s Programme

7:00pm – The Story of the Truffle
Discover the world of White Truffle — from its origins in San Pietro a Pettine to the delicate art of truffle preparation. Learn why these truffles are never cooked and how their fleeting season inspires some of the most exceptional dishes in Italian cuisine.

7:45pm – Four-Course Tasting Menu and Wine Pairing
Guests will sit down to a four-course dinner crafted by Giorgio Locatelli and his team, each course showcasing freshly shaved white truffle paired with outstanding wines from our cellar at Locatelli.
