The Art of White Truffle

Join Giorgio Locatelli and his friend and truffle supplier Carlo Caporicci on Friday 20th November for an exclusive white truffle dinner at Osteria Locatelli at The National Gallery. Enjoy a four-course menu, exceptional Italian wine pairings and a surprise course celebrating the finest white truffles from Umbria.

The Experience

For one night only, join acclaimed Italian chef Giorgio Locatelli and renowned truffle producer Carlo Caporicci for an intimate celebration of one of Italy’s most coveted seasonal delicacies: the white truffle.

Sourced from the forests of Umbria by Carlo’s family business, San Pietro a Pettine, white truffles are prized for their rarity, intoxicating aroma and fleeting season. Together, Giorgio and Carlo will host an exclusive dinner showcasing this remarkable ingredient through a specially curated menu paired with exceptional Italian wines.

Throughout the evening, Giorgio will personally introduce the dishes, while Carlo shares stories from the hills of Umbria and generations of truffle expertise. Guests will also enjoy a selection of exceptional wines chosen exclusively for the dinner, including bottles not featured on our regular wine list.

As a special addition, Giorgio will present a surprise off-menu course created exclusively for the occasion.
